All personalized and custom-crafted items are made to order based on the details provided at the time of purchase. Please carefully review all spelling, dates, colors, sizing, and customization details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, placement, and design may occur. These variations are not considered defects and are part of the uniqueness of each handcrafted piece.
All personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an error was made on our part.
If a customer requests the use of logos, names, or trademarks owned by third parties (including professional sports teams, universities, or brands), the customer assumes full responsibility for obtaining proper authorization. We do not claim ownership of third-party trademarks and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any organization, including but not limited to the National Football League or NCAA.

Personalized & Custom Order Disclosure
Seamless Delivery: Delivery is available within a 25-mile radius of Cibolo, Schertz, Garden Ridge and Live Oak. Delivery fees are based on mileage. Clinet must be present at delivery time. We are not responsible for damage after setup is complete.
Weather Policy ( Texas Heat Protections): Outdoor set ups require shade or temperature control. We reserve the right to decline outdoor grazing tables in extreme heat for food safety reasons.
Booking & Deposits: A non-refundable deposit (50%) is required to secure your date. Final payment is due 30 days before event. Orders not paid by the deadline may be cancelled. Estimates are valid for 30 days. All boards require 72 hours’ notice; rush fees apply for shorter notice. Orders require 7 days’ notice for standard planning, with a $25 rush fee for last-minute requests.
Payment Made Easy: Apple Pay, Cash, CashApp, Venmo, and Zelle accepted.
Pickups: Arrive on time and communicate if life happens — we’ll make it work.
Custom Creations: Inspiration photos serve as reference only. Exact product substitutions may occur based on availability. Final design is at the discretion of Boujee Boards & More.
Photography & Marketing Policy: We reserve the right to photograph all orders for promotional use unless client requests otherwise in writing.
Refund Policy: Due to the perishable nature of products, refunds are not provided once order is filled. Quality concerns must be reported within 2 hours of pickup/delivery.
Liability Waiver: Boujee Boards & More is not liable for allergic reactions, food mishandling or improper storage after delivery/pickup.
Behind the Scenes: We are a one-person operation pouring love into every piece, so your patience and understanding are always appreciated.
Policies Overview
Reschedule Policy:
At Boujee Boards & More, we understand that plans can change. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests with the following terms:
Reschedule requests must be submitted in writing at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled pickup or delivery time.
Rescheduling is subject to date availablity .
One complimentary reschedule is permitted per order, additional date changes may require a reschedule fee.
Orders rescheduled within 72 hours of the event may result in partial forfeiture of the deposit due to product sourcing and preparation.
Holiday and peak season bookings (including Valentines Day, Mothers’ Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, graduation season and wedding season) may not be eligible for reschedule.
Deposits are non refundable but may be transferred to a new date within 30 days, pending availability.
We appreciate your understanding as many items are purchased and prepared specifically for your event.
Food Safety & Storage Policy
All products are prepared in a home kitchen that may handle common allergens.
Boards should be refrigerated immediately upon pickup/delivery, if not served right away. Items are best enjoyed within 24 hours.
Do not leave unrefrigerated for more than 2 hours (1 hour in Texas heat)
Boujee Boards is not responsible for improper storage after pickup/delivery.
